Your Day-to-Day Role
You’ll be the calm, confident presence in the classroom when teachers are away, helping keep students focused and learning on track.
- Deliver pre-set lessons (no planning required!)
- Keep students engaged, motivated, and on task
- Manage behaviour with confidence and consistency
- Create a positive classroom environment
- Provide simple feedback to teaching staff
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Experience working with young people (cover supervisor / teaching assistant)
- Confident, approachable, and able to lead a classroom
- Flexible and quick to adapt
- Strong communication skills
- DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply through us)
